Time is linear. As teaching professionals we are responsible for educating the future. To do so effectively, we need to be connected to the world around us. We have to be flexibile, adaptable, and willing to grow; cognitively, psychological, emotionally, and spiritually. I apporach my daily interaction with students following the Basilian Father's motto "Teach me Goodness, Teach me Discipline, Teach me Knowledge." As a Catholic educator, I value the ability to make good moral decisions over content knowledge. Having all the information in the world has no use unless you can make good moral decisions to guide your actions.
